Context
HR and finance teams sit on rich CSV data (attendance, overtime, turnover, cost centers), but the insight is locked behind spreadsheets and static dashboards. The goal was to let anyone interrogate that data in natural language and act on it.
Approach
I designed a conversational interface on top of an LLM layer that translates questions into real-time analytics and reports, pairing chat with the right supporting visualizations so answers stay trustworthy and explorable.
