Integrated Digital Platform for Health, Wellness and Performance

I designed and developed a comprehensive web application for a company that combines healthcare services and fitness activities, creating a unified digital ecosystem for both professionals and clients. The platform includes a multi-role back office tailored to the needs of trainers, physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, and administrative staff, enabling efficient management of clients, treatment programs, appointments, and day-to-day operations from a single centralized system. I also developed a public web portal to showcase the company's services and improve user engagement. The portal features an AI-powered chatbot capable of answering questions and providing immediate assistance, as well as an intelligent assessment questionnaire that analyzes users’ needs and goals to guide them toward the most appropriate pathway within the organization, including rehabilitation, nutrition, psychological support, aesthetic wellness, and fitness programs. To complete the experience, I created a secure client area where users can access their personalized workout plans, nutrition programs, scheduled appointments, progress reports, and personal goals. The platform enhances collaboration between professionals and clients, streamlines internal processes, and delivers a personalized, data-driven experience focused on health, wellness, and performance.
