Context
Traditional resourcing is top-down and lagging. By the time a problem shows up in a report, it has already cost the team. The opportunity was to sense project health continuously, from the bottom up.
Approach
Grounded in competitive analysis and feature mapping, I designed personas and journeys, then an information architecture and prototypes for interactive dashboards that give each member (and their leads) a clear, motivating read on where a project really stands.
